Mulai selasa kemaren I jalan jalan ke manado ke daerah yang belum pernah aku menginjakkan kaki sebelumnya ke daerah ini. Berangkat jam 3 wib karena pesawat jalan jam 5 pagi dari bandara soekarno hata. Naik taksi sambil merasa mual karena 2 hari sebelumnya terserang masuk angin dan efeknya sampai detik itu. Menunggu pesawat terkena delay hanya mampu bergumam sabar dan sabar. Perjalanan di tempuh 3 jam lumayan suntuk juga gak ada teman di ajak ngobrol karena j badan juga kerasa Mual terus. Sampai di manado naik taksi sampai tempat. Masih juga di selingin muntah di taksi ,sedih banget selain muntah puasapun akhirnya batal. Malam ke dokter periksa dan kedetek kena magh udah deh pasrah gak bisa makan apa – apa. Malam tidur dan siang ini keliling manado tuk bantu temen distribusiin Pc.. sambil tetap di selingi muntah dan gak puasa… dan sore ini jalan ke kota  manado sekitar jalan boulevard kalau ndak salah pinggir pantai moga aza gak muntah lagi…
